1. Services Provided

Trident Auto Detailing offers professional vehicle detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, ceramic coatings, and other treatments. Service details, pricing, and availability may vary and are subject to change.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via text. While we strive to be punctual, service times may vary based on vehicle condition and weather. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
Promotional pricing or discounts must be applied at the time of booking.

Failure to pay may result in late fees and refusal of future services.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
No-shows may be charged in full and may require prepayment for future appointments.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
Disclose any existing damage, sensitive electronics, or issues with the vehicle.
Trident Auto Detailing is not responsible for damage to improperly installed accessories or aftermarket modifications.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Trident Auto Detailing is not liable for:

Pre-existing conditions or damage
Items left in the vehicle
Wear and tear exposed or worsened during cleaning
Damage due to manufacturer defects or aftermarket installations

We carry appropriate insurance for our operations, but customers agree to hold Trident Auto Detailing harmless within reasonable service expectations.

7. SMS Communication

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Service updates and follow-ups
Promotions and offers (optional)

Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP at any time. To rejoin, reply START.

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.
