At 16 years old starting a business, I started Trident to impact and create community. When I thought of business, I thought of the people I would meet. The way I could share the gospel and build community. My passion for home/vehicle services came from my dad. The reason I chose pressure washing and detailing, was due to my grandad, who passed away in 2021. When I pressure wash our driveway, I remember the exact square where he showed me how to use a surface cleaner. I wanted to build upon his legacy to help others like he did. He also owned a used car lot!

I want to use my business to spread the Gospel, whether that’s going the extra mile or building relationships with my customers. Simply "how are you?" or "can I help you with the groceries?" Can go a long way. As my dad would say “Every Little Thing Matters A Lot.” At Trident, we promise to be prompt, professional, and precise. This “business model” I follow is the shield my dad and his partner, Steven Splawn, came up with at Waynes. The 4 words they used in the shield are Integrity, Courage, Perseverance, and Character, which are words I hold firm to! And even if I don't offer pressure washing anymore, it truly shaped Trident.
